These Virtual Raffle/Online Raffles Rules and Guidelines were prepared with guidance received from the PA State Police Liquor Control Enforcement Division, the division that enforces the SGOG Law.
The Herman Volunteer Fire Company conducting a Virtual Raffle must demonstrate that we exercised due diligence to abide by the existing PA SGOC Laws.
- Cannot accept any ticket purchases tied to a credit card which violates the Small Games of Chance Act, unless it is tied to a bank account.
- No one under the age of 18 may purchase a ticket.
However, it is not our responsibility to seek those individuals out.
