For a donation, you would be entered to win a Grand Prize of a $500 gift card that can be used at either Sam’s Club or Walmart. If your sure tip number matches the Sure Tip board, once we scratch off and unveil the number, you will win the grand prize. If you have the 5th number above or below, you will receive a $100 gift card that can be used at Sam’s Club or Walmart.
