What’s Included with the Rental
Included with the rental is use of the facility, use of tables (which are 8 ft. long and rectangular), use of chairs, use of full kitchen and use of bar area (including ice machine and taps). The rental also includes garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
Tablecloths and chair covers are not provided.
Hall Rental Costs
Sunday – Thursday:
$300 plus a $200 deposit for a total of $500. $200 will be returned as long as there are no damages.
Fridays:
Must be rented with Saturday. Rentals made less than 6 months in advance can have Friday alone for $300 plus $200 deposit.
Fridays & Saturdays:
$650 plus a $200 deposit for a total of $850. $200 will be returned as long as there are no damages.
Saturdays:
Can be rented alone ONLY if less than 6 months in advance. Saturday only rentals are $400 plus a $200 deposit for a total of $600. $200 will be returned as long as there are no damages.
Kitchen & Bar
Herman’s modern kitchen provides you or your caterer with the conveniences to make your event a success. Appliances include a convection oven, 10 burner stove, food warmer, and commercial refrigerator. Use of the kitchen is included in the base rental fee. Please note, there is no freezer available.
The Herman Banquet Room includes a fully-functional bar. Included in the rental is use of this space which features a 3-Tap Draft Beer system, refrigerator, and ice machine.
Catering Info
Herman VFC’s Banquet Center gives you the freedom of choice by allowing you select any caterer that you wish. Please note that your caterer must have a current certificate of liability insurance.
Parking & Access
Our facility includes a well-lit parking area for your guests, with handicap accessibility.
There is also a beautifully landscape entry way to provide some outdoor space for your guests attending your event.
